Bath & Unwind is a fantastic online shopping site, that sells all the big beauty brands you can think of, and then some, and best of all is that they ship free worldwide too – so I naturally excitedly accepted this amazing opportunity. What I Say:
Nuxe is another one of those brands that I’ve had on my wish list to try for a very long time. You can open a magazine without one of the products being displayed on the beauty pages, and every beauty blogger and beauty fanatic around the world seem to be crazy about these products, so I was excited about the opportunity to trial this Love from Paris Gift Set from Nuxe containing three key products.

Huile Prodigieuse

This Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse is a dry oil, and one of the most famous products from Nuxe. It is made from a unique super-activated formula that combines 30% plant oils and vitamin E to nourish, repair and soften face, body and hair. It contains a blend of 6 plant oils (borage, St Johns wort, sweet almond, camellia, hazelnut, and macadamia, which gives it its unique and beautiful subtle fragrance, which is slightly sweet yet spicy at the same time. And it is literally a multi-tasking products of the best, as it can be used on both face and body, as well as in the hair.

Nuxe also recommend trying to mix a few drops of the oil into your foundation for a more smooth result, or pouring a few drops into the bath for a relaxing treatment.

With combination skin, I am not overly fond of using oils on my face, as I feel it makes my skin feel greasier, so I prefer to use this on my body. I use it after my shower while my skin is still warm and damp, and it absorbs instantly, leaving the skin feel so silky soft and smooth, and with a nice sheen. And there is greasiness in sight, so no need to worry that it will mark or stain your clothes.

I have also tried to use it in my dry hair and it immediately tames frizz, and gives my hair a much needed moisture boost, leaving it looking healthy and glossy, and without weighing it down.

And regardless if used on the body or in the hair, the oil is very concentrated, so it only takes a little, and gorgeous fragrance lingers around for most of the day.

The Oil comes in a gorgeous square glass bottle with a gold lid, and the small dropper in the opening of the bottle, makes it easy to get just the amount of oil you need without wastage.

I love the fact that the oil is so natural, made from 97.8% natural ingredients and that it is preservative free.

This is such a lovely oil, and now I understand why it is so popular around the world, I’m now officially in love too!

Reve de Miel Hand Cream

The Reve de Miel Hand Cream is a hand cream intended to repair and relieve dry or damaged hands while protecting them from the visible signs of skin aging.

The hand cream is made from 89% natural ingredients and contains among others Sunflower oil, rose muscat and sweet almond oil, barley extract, argan oil, shea butter, acacia honey.

Washing my hands a lot during the day, my hands are often very dry, and the same goes for my cuticles. But this cream absorbs quickly into the skin, and you can immediately feel how nourishing the cream is, as it is leaving the hands feeling soft and smooth and with a nice sheen. Even my dry cuticles are enjoying this treatment. And the moisture stays in my hands, so I only have to use it a few times during the day, to maintain smooth hands. And unlike other hand creams for dry hands, it doesn’t leave the hands feeling greasy or tacky.

It has the most amazing fragrance, with stays for quite a while. It is a quite strong scent, but as I really like it, I don’t mind at all, and actually cannot stop smelling my hands.

If you like me love a nice scented hand cream, then this will be perfect for you!

Reve de Miel Lip Balm

Finally, the Love from Paris Gift Set also contains a Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm, which claims to be extremely nourishing and repairing.

It is made from 79.5% natural ingredients and contain among others Acacia honey and shea butter nourish and intensely repair, and grapefruit essence provides a sensation of well-being.

It contains no preservatives, fragrances of artificial scents, yet it has such a nice sweet scent and also slight taste of orange, grapefruit and honey.

The Lip Balm comes in a large 15ml glass jar with a screw lid, and it is so concentrated that you only need a little, so this large jar will last you forever – also because once applied to the lips, you only have to reapply every few hours.

It feels so lovely and moisturising on the lips, without feeling greasy or sticky like other lip balms. And even when it has worn off, it leaves the lips soft and moist. I love applying it at night time before bed, as I wake with beautifully soft lips, but it is also perfect to use under your favourite lipstick.

Overall, this Love from Paris Gift Set from Nuxe is an amazing gift set, and with all products being full sized, the gift set is incredible value too. The products are absolutely divine and such a pleasure to use, they not only smell amazing, but they are also so efficient as well. Thanks so much Bath & Unwind for finally letting me experience the products from Nuxe, I will definitely be repurchasing every single one of these products.
